Science - Fitness and Health



This is the work I did in my science on heath and fitness, it explain Things I eat daily, foods are healthy in me daily diet and things I do for general fitness on a daily basic.

  1. Your diet is not good enough, the only thing I see you doing in school, is sometimes on your butt in the library, playing football, going at a few rounds In B ball and that's all. I don't know if you do rugby at tuesdays but seeing that you don't put enough detail of what you did, I can't help you with any advice. But just to tell you that I suggest you eat something different than toast.
